The Virtual Commander application is a robust file manager for Windows, inspired by the functionality of Norton Commander and Windows Explorer. It offers a familiar interface with two fixed windows, reminiscent of classic file managers for DOS, but with the added flexibility of folder trees similar to Explorer.
