Brother's BRAdmin Professional

Brother's BRAdmin Professional is a handy web tool that lets you monitor and set up your printer devices right from your internet browser. It works great with LAN/WAN connections, making it super convenient!

Getting Started with Web BRAdmin

Before you jump in and install the Web BRAdmin software, there are a few steps you'll need to follow:

Installation Steps

1. Click on Start, then go to Control Panel.


2. Select Programs, then click on Programs and Features.


3. You’ll see an option that says “Turn Windows features on or off”. Click that.


4. Look for the checkbox labeled Internet Information Services. Make sure it's selected!


5. Click the plus sign (+) next to it to open some sub-options, and select the checkbox for Web Management Tools.


6. Now open another plus sign (+) and select the checkbox for IIS 6 Management Compatibility. Be sure to check both **IIS 6 Scripting Tools** as well as **IIS 6 WMI Compatibility**. You'll also want **IIS Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility** checked too.


7. The next step is to find the checkbox for **World Wide Web Services**. Open its sub-options by clicking the plus sign (+), and ensure you check **CGI** under **Application Development Features**.


8. This is important: double-check all your settings are correct before you finish! Once you're sure everything looks good, click on OK.
