Creating Your Virtual WiFi Connection

Getting started with WiFi2Hotspot is a breeze! You don’t need to be a tech whiz. Just pick a name and password for your new connection, and follow the steps shown in the app's interface. Before you know it, you'll be sharing WiFi!

Compatible Devices

You can use WiFi2Hotspot on laptops, tablets, or any device that has a built-in WiFi adapter. If you're running it on a desktop, make sure you have an external adapter handy. Once you've set the name and password, just click the Create Virtual WiFi button. Plus, your new hotspot will come with WPA2-PSK encryption for added security!

Setting Up Your Hotspot

After everything is set up, you should see your hotspot in the Network and Sharing Center within Control Panel. Just activate (Start) the connection from there. Don’t forget to access Control Panel using the shortcut in WiFi2Hotspot’s interface.

Sharing Your Internet Access

The next step is to share your Internet access between the new hotspot and your main connection on your computer. You'll notice that when your connection is active, the red “X” next to the hotspot icon disappears!
