Getting started with WordPad+ is super simple. The installation process is quick and easy—no headaches here! Once it’s installed, you’ll see a familiar interface that’s neatly organized. You can jump right into writing and editing your documents without any fuss.

User-Friendly Features

With WordPad+, you can easily search for text to locate or replace words. Want to show special characters? No problem! You can set checkpoints, insert breaks between paragraphs or lines, adjust text alignment, indent or unindent lines, apply different paragraph styles, and even create ordered or unordered lists. If you need to change the font size or style, that’s all possible too! Plus, you can add subscript and superscript as needed.

Customization Options

This software also lets you customize how it works with different file types like RVF, RTF, and TXT. You can add it to the Windows Explorer right-click menu for easy access. Other cool options include enabling silent document saving, hiding toolbars if you want a cleaner look, sorting bookmarks by name or path, adjusting scroll speed, turning off word wrapping mode, and changing default character sets along with font names and sizes.

Smooth Performance

In our tests of WordPad+, we didn’t run into any issues. The app was stable without crashing or throwing error messages at us. It responded quickly while using minimal CPU and RAM on our computers—super efficient!

A Few Drawbacks

Now for the downside: while the app works well overall, its interface could use a little more flair. We were hoping for some extra features since this isn’t a free tool after all! And just so you know—WordPad+ hasn’t had an update in a while.
