2Printer supports printing a large series of files, however, by default, it can only handle images, such as JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PCX, DCX, BMP or TGA. It requires no additional software in order to manage the aforementioned file types. However, if you wish to print PDFs, drawings, documents, spreadsheets, you need to install the third party applications that can manage these files.

For instance, you need Microsoft Word, in order to print DOC/DOCX/RTF documents, Microsoft Excel for XLS/XLSX spreadsheets, a PDF reader for these files or Microsoft Visio for VSD files.

2Printer allows you to print a large amount of files and a specified number of exemplars for each one. Once all the requirements are met, you need only to indicate the source file or folder. The software can scan the directory and optionally, the subfolders as well, then send them to the printer.
