Aa Match Preschool Alphabet is an educational matching game developed especially to help children learn the letters of the alphabet. The game can also come in handy to non-English speaking users who want to start learning this language from scratch. The objective is to match lower case letters with their upper case counterparts.

The game is played in full-screen mode, which helps eliminate any distractions that your child might be tempted to look at. The interface consists of a chalkboard on which the tiles are displayed. The number of tiles on the board vary from 4 to 24. Of course, the more tiles are displayed, the harder the game gets.

To make it easier, each pair of letters has its own color. Tiles that do not match automatically hide only after two consecutive tiles were clicked, and you can view them for only one second. As soon as a letter is revealed, a child’s voice pronounces it in a British accent.

Beautiful animations appear when a match has been found. Also, a timer at the top of the chalkboard calculates the player’s best score. When the all the letters on the board have been matched, a child will begin singing the alphabet song and a “Replay” ballon celebrates the victory.

A thing that some users might be missing is that, once you start a game, it does not automatically continue with another. However, you can click on the “Replay” balloon to start a new game of the same difficulty. An alternative is to access the Settings menu by clicking on CMD + H and choose another level.
