Arithmetic Matrix Calculator Portable

Designed as the portable version of Arithmetic Matrix Calculator, Arithmetic Matrix Calculator Portable is a command-line application dedicated to math students, which gives them the possibility to seamlessly perform matrix-based calculations by adding, subtracting and multiplying them.

Although it's available via a console interface, the tool doesn't require experience with command-line syntaxes and arguments, thanks to the fact that it takes a more user-friendly approach that most similar products. It asks you how you would like to proceed every step of the way by entering numbers and confirming actions.

In order to calculate a sum, subtraction or multiplication of matrices, all you have to do is enter the number of lines and columns, along with the numerical value of each cell. It's also possible to mutiplicate a matrix with a real number.

Calculations are instantly calculated and the new matrix is instantly displayed in the Command Prompt window. Afterward, the application offers to proceed with a new task. Unfortunately, it doesn't implement an option for saving information to file.

Since there's no installation involved, you can save Arithmetic Matrix Calculator Portable in a custom directory on the computer or copy it to a USB flash drive to be able to run it on any machine with minimum effort by just double-clicking its .exe file.

There are two executables included in the downloaded package, each corresponding to the UI languages (English and Portuguese). Programmers may also examine the source code. The app doesn't modify your system registry settings or create files on the disk.
