AttributeMagic for Documents is a desktop software app designed to help its users modify the attributes of their files and folders, rename documents and change the properties of Microsoft Office documents.

The application is packed in a clean and well-organized interface. Even though it comes with a set of advanced features, the intuitive settings make sure that it can be configured by any type of users, even beginners.

Basically, all you have to do is add your files in the main panel using the built-in browse button, choose the property you wish to change and the action to take, and then proceed with the task.

Once the items are imported, you can examine details such as name, extension and attributes, as well as the date of creation, last modification and last access.

AttributeMagic for Documents gives you the possibility to change a wide range of properties, such as general data (name, extension, when it was created, modified and accessed), attributes (read-only, hidden, system) and metadata (title, subject, author, keywords).

More than that, the utility enables you to use custom filters and templates, search for files, masks and shot timestamps, and print folder contents. It also supports batch processing.

In the preview result window, you can review all the changes before applying them to your files. Items can be removed from the preview window and excluded from the processing job by simply right-click on them and selecting “Remove”.

Last but not least, you can set the application to show the hidden or system files, and export the files and folders list to CSV format.

During our evaluation, we have noticed that the program carries out the tasks very quickly. It worked without errors.

Taking all things into consideration, AttributeMagic for Documents is a reliable and useful tool that enables its users to fully customize the properties and attributes of their MS Office documents.
