Battery Notifier is a tiny utility designed to provide you with valuable information regarding your laptop’s battery.

Even though the app does not have an interface per se, it does have some GUI that pops up in the lower right side of the screen, where you are most likely to look for information about the battery. The small window indicates the current state of the battery and you can configure the tool to show notifications when it is full and low.

At the same time, the program offers some battery details, namely the designed maximum capacity, current capacity, and the remaining time. As you probably hinted, the first two enable you to choose the best power source for your laptop and prevent unwanted incidents. Using the recommended power can prolong the life of the battery in general.

The remaining time enables you to figure out whether you can use the laptop to engage in a project or perhaps, it would be better to charge it first. After all, laptops are not typically designed to be used with the adapter always plugged in.

It is worth mentioning that the program includes some basic settings that allow you to configure the display of the battery charge status, enable dark and light theme, or play a sound as a notification for the low and full status.

Battery Notifier is an overall intuitive application that does not only offer information about the battery status, but also other details that can help maintain your battery better in the long run.
