You can also import data from CSV, QIF, OFX, or QFX files. This makes it super easy to bring in your bank transaction files or even switch from another financial app without breaking a sweat.



Track Projects and Time


BeanCounter lets you track multiple projects for different clients. It even has a built-in timer to record how long you spend on tasks. You can use this information to generate accurate invoices.



Create a Contacts Database


The app allows you to build a contacts database for both clients and vendors. Plus, you can easily import details from your Address Book!



Budgeting and Reporting Tools


You can set budgets for each account and use BeanCounter's reporting tools to analyze your finances—like balance sheets and cash flow. Need to share reports? They can be exported as PDF files, printed out, or emailed directly.



A Bit Overwhelming at First


This software packs in lots of features which might feel overwhelming at first glance. While there is help documentation available that could answer some of your questions, don't expect tips while using the app just yet.



A Small Glitch Encountered


During our testing of BeanCounter, we noticed one hiccup: when creating a new business database, it requires generating default accounts—even if you'd prefer not to use them.
