Thanks to the Internet, anybody can get ahold of nearly any info they might need for any field of activity. A simple web browser is enough to get you up and running, but there are quicker alternatives. A suitable example is Bing Search which enables you to look up multiple words of interest in the blink of an eye.

As the name suggests, search is conducted on Microsoft's search engine, namely Bing. Running the application brings up a small window that includes all features it comes equipped with. It's not exactly what you'd expect, leaving you look for a search field at first, but the application's core function strongly depends on a list of words.

You don't need to go through a setup process, so you can easily keep it on a removable storage device to quickly use wherever you are, given there is an active Internet connection. Unfortunately, you need to spend some time figuring out how to create a list and properly put features to good use.

There are no functions included in the main window that let you open the list to edit it, with no available help manual to get you on the right path. Hitting the “Get List” button only imports words from the text file included in the root folder. Thus, in order to have custom words looked up you need to manually edit the specific file and write them down, with no options to do so from the interface.

The application is strictly dependent of a web browser because it is the only way results are displayed, a new page popping up with a Bing result for each given word. However, the application only lets you select from Firefox and Chrome browsers, with an additional option for the default program, which does not seem to function for any other web browser.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Bing Search feels a little rough around the edges, with a lot of room for improvement. It can save some time if you need to quickly look up multiple words, but the way it works might not appeal to everyone, especially due to the lack of instructions.
