Bloxorz is a puzzle game that can help you exercise your logical thinking and improve your spatial orientation. The included puzzles can be solved by rolling a block of cubes around, and you get to practice until you find the best solutions.

Within the Bloxorz universe, your job is to move around a block until you manage to get it standing up on a particular square signaled by its color (red). The game rules are quite simple: use the arrow keys to move the block around, make sure it does not fall off the edges, and keep an eye out for special situations.

To help you get started, on the first launch, Bloxorz displays the game’s info panel that includes all the guidelines. Note that you can quickly access this panel any time you like, via the Bloxorz menu.

The Bloxorz game board can include more fragile tiles that cannot hold your block while standing up, or hard and soft bridges that need to be activated to get to different areas of the game board.

Bloxorz also sports an energetic soundtrack, but it gives you the option to disable it altogether.

Bloxorz does not time your performance, but it does register the number of moves you made to finish an individual level. You get to see these statistics for each finished puzzle via the Bloxorz menu.

Worth mentioning is that Bloxorz allows you to replay a level for as many times as you like: as you get more acquainted with the landscape, the chances of getting a better score increase.

Bottom line, even if Bloxorz does not feature a complex gameplay, the game has all it needs to help you relax while keeping your brain sharp. The included puzzles can be rather challenging, and you get to have fun finding the best solution.
