Blueprint for Outlook Basic Edition

Blueprint for Outlook Basic Edition is a simplified version of the Professional edition. It has been designed to help you reduce paper usage, by providing you with page and selection printing functionality for Outlook emails.

Blueprint for Outlook enables the ability to select a portion of an email message, and print it whilst retaining all the typical message header information. You will also be able to print preview the actual content of the message prior to printing. Alternatively, if you preview the entire contents of the message, you can still choose to print either the current page or a page range.

Blueprint for Outlook Basic Edition also gives you the Quickprint Attachment Dialog. Do you often receive messages with many attachments that need printing ? Using the Quickprint Attachment dialog, you can highlight multiple attachments and print them all out with one click. Simple!

With Blueprint for Outlook Basic Edition, you will be able to control all the standard Outlook printing controls. This includes the file menu, buttons, shortcuts, and even the new Outlook 2007 ribbon technology. You can also turn off the display of the Blueprint buttons, to provide a seemless integration of Blueprint - users do not even need to know it is there!

With Blueprint for Outlook, you can now control whether the Blueprint buttons are presented in a drop-down menu form (see above), or for extra control you can now create a separate toolbar for all buttons.
