Boldt 24-Pack is a cool set of software instruments designed for GarageBand and Logic / Logic Express. If you’re into music production, this pack can really spice up your sound library!
This awesome pack is made from a bunch of different sounds collected from hammersound.net and some other sources that have kind of disappeared over time. You might be wondering how to use these sounds in GarageBand. Well, you can actually use some of these "SoundFonts" directly with the DLSMusicDevice, but fair warning: many times they lose quality or just don’t work right when you try it that way.
The whole idea behind Boldt 24-Pack is to help you get the best out of those available SoundFonts so they work perfectly in GarageBand. It’s all about making your music sound amazing without the hassle!
All the original sounds have been transformed into GarageBand's native EXS-24 format. Plus, they’ve been linked to the right Generators using modified PST files. Sounds fancy, right? But here’s the deal: this process can be pretty tricky for most users.
