The main window of Booked gives you quick access to all your projects and tasks. You can easily track attachments and sort your tasks by creation date, due date, project title, or any combination you like.

No more digging around! The built-in search form helps you find any task with just a couple of keystrokes. Plus, the bottom toolbar makes it super easy to create new tasks or projects. Each task can even have comments and attachments for extra context!

Organize Your Tasks

The top toolbar shows you all tasks, just your tasks, or only open ones. You can check archived tasks too! If you're working on multiple projects, you can hide or show them as needed.

Synchronize with Others

You can connect to a server using the BookedServer application. This is great for keeping everyone’s tasks in sync. Use Team-Mode for small teams where everyone replicates their data with each other, or go for Server-Mode if you're in a bigger group that needs constant updates.

Create New Projects Easily

The BookedServer also allows you to create new projects and manage team members effortlessly. You can add or remove users and even change passwords when needed!
