BossHide is a neat little freeware tool that helps you keep your computer screen private. With just one keystroke, you can quickly hide any apps you don’t want others to see. No more worrying about someone peeking over your shoulder!
How It Works
Using BossHide is super simple. You just need to tell it which apps to hide by entering their filenames. Once that's done, you can use a hotkey to make those apps vanish from your screen. Want to hide everything? There’s a special hotkey for that too!
Extra Features for Privacy
This tool even lets you hide its own icon in the Windows tray! Plus, if you want it to start up automatically when your computer does, there's an option for that as well. You can easily add more applications to the hidden list by right-clicking on the BossHide tray icon.
Accessing Options
If you want to tweak settings or add more apps, just open up the Options screen. You can get there by clicking on the BossHide Configuration shortcut in your start menu.
Your Hotkey for Quick Hiding
The magic key that hides or shows everything back again is F12. So whenever you're in a tight spot and need some privacy fast, just hit F12 and breathe easy!
