Brain Workshop is a super fun memory game that works on all platforms! It uses something called the dual n-back task, which is known to help improve your working memory and fluid intelligence. Sounds cool, right?
What’s the Dual N-Back Task?
The dual n-back task is pretty simple to get the hang of. You’ll have to remember two things at once: a sequence of square positions on the screen and a series of letters you hear. Easy peasy!
How Does It Work?
After you see and hear these sequences, your job is to spot when one of them matches what was shown or said n trials ago. This means you have to keep your brain on its toes!
