Breach is a super customizable web browser that’s made entirely with JavaScript. What’s cool is that you can build it using modules created by users, which gives you a lot of flexibility!
Breach has a clean and easy-to-use interface. This means you can quickly hop from one web page to another without any hassle.
The best part about Breach? All its features are actually modules! Each module runs its own process, so when you want to add new features, you just need to add the right module. You can get these modules from a Github repository or from a local directory on your computer.
One neat module included is called “mod_strip.” It has some experimental features that let you stack your tabs and always show the most recently used tab first. This is perfect for staying focused on what you're doing!
The “mod_strip” also comes with a tab filtering feature. As you type in the URL bar, it shows only the tabs that match your query. Plus, it helps you spot tabs faster by changing their colors to match the colors on the webpage you’re viewing.
Just like other modern browsers, Breach supports multiple tabs, so you can enjoy browsing in either window or full-screen mode—whatever works for you!
If you want to manage your modules, just go to the “Configure Modules” window. Here, you'll see all your installed modules and can choose to kill, restart, update, or remove any of them. Plus, it's super easy to install new ones and check out their versions.
