Brightness Control

Although not much of a classic application, Brightness Control can prove useful if you are using Windows 10 and would like to adjust the brightness of the screen without having to play with the buttons and sliders included in the OS settings tab. Instead, you could use this program via Commandline strings and have it instantly brighten or darken your screen.

The idea behind the program is quite simple. You run the control application via the terminal, or you simply execute the brightness up or down programs, much in the same way. Depending on your choice of executed program, the terminal might return a list of possible actions or directly do what you asked it to do.

In terms of simplicity, if you are comfortable with the Commandline environment, then this is the absolute way to go. Do keep in mind this program only works on Windows 10, so if you're above or beyond that, then you are out of luck. This application was created for individuals who find it easier to deal with a terminal than with buttons, sliders, and other similar elements.

Brightness can be changed via both ways, as well. The system is interchangeable, seeing as both methods access the same line of code within your OS.
