BZ Soundboard is a super handy app that allows you to play sounds whenever you need them. Think of it like a virtual soundboard right on your Mac! With this free app, you can set up buttons that each play a different sound. It's pretty cool and really easy to use.
A soundboard is basically a grid full of buttons, and when you click on one, it plays a sound. BZ Soundboard takes this idea and makes it fun and simple. You can create your own custom soundboards filled with all your favorite sounds.
When you hover your mouse over any button that has a sound clip, you'll see a little tooltip pop up. This shows the name of the sound (which comes from the title tag of an MPEG-4, MP3, or QuickTime file) along with the full path to where the file is stored on your computer.
If you ever want to find where a specific sound file is located, just CMD-click (that’s Command-click for Mac users) on that button! This will open Finder and show you exactly where the file lives.
