The media’s amount of variability in the stated facts about the Corona Virus pandemic, combined with all the resulting panic, can make keeping track of the news quite problematic. The program works with imported data and therefore one cannot preview any information without previously loading any files. The supported formats are XLSX and adding the source data is simple enough.

Having loaded the corresponding European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control COVID-19 data, one can select the available countries. The main highlight of the app is the ability to preview the data of several countries simultaneously, for better insight.

Some of the best features provided by the application are the graph customization tools, namely the theme and type selector. By using these, one can select a preferred chart type and, more importantly, a corresponding color theme, for better separation and identification.

Although rudimentary, the graph settings can, in fact, make a big difference in how the visualized data can be rendered and consequently, perceived. However, no settings are provided for the graph legend or other elements such as the header.
