Next, you need to figure out how to get your contacts into CRMHaven. Whether it's friends, family, coworkers, or anyone else you want to keep track of—it's super important to have them all in one place.
Once you've added your contacts, you'll want to edit them as needed. This could be updating phone numbers or adding notes about meetings. It's really flexible!
Now, CRMHaven calls your contacts “Clients.” But don't worry! These Clients can be anyone from friends and family to work colleagues and schoolmates.
A cool feature of CRMHaven is that every Client belongs to just one Group. So before you start adding clients, it’s good to decide on what those Groups will be.
You’ll also want to understand the Marked Clients feature. This helps you mark certain Clients before taking actions on them. And if there are some people you access a lot? You can set them as Quick Contacts for easy retrieval.
