Once your contacts are in there, editing them is essential too! You can change details whenever you need to. And remember, CRMHaven calls your contacts “Clients.” But don’t worry—these “Clients” can be anyone: friends, family members, work buddies, sales leads, or even school kids!
Another key point is that every client belongs to one specific Group. It’s a good idea to settle on what these Groups are before you start entering clients into the system.
You should also get familiar with the Marked Clients feature. This comes in handy when you're ready to take action on some clients. If there are certain clients whose info you need often, you can set them as Quick Contacts for easy access.
