Data Exchange Manager Free is a database migration tool that gives you the possibility to transfer data from one database platform to the other. It offers support for SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, CSV, DBF and ODBC file types, as well as a scheduler.

It left a small footprint on system resources consumption, running on low CPU and RAM, so it didn't affect the overall performance of the machine.

On the other hand, Data Exchange Manager is now a discontinued product, which means that it won't be receiving any further updates. Overall, it's a free and intuitive database migration utility that can be handled even by users less experienced with database tools.
