Since DICOM files can’t be viewed by anyone without having the application installed, DICOM Editor Tool enables you to save all the available data in a TXT file that can be easily opened using Windows Notepad. This comes in very handy for when you need to make the data available for someone that doesn’t have the application installed on their computer. You can also save the DICOm file as an Explicit VR Little Endian and an Explicit VR Big Endian syntax.
