DLcalc is a handy tool for cricket fans that helps figure out the target score when the team batting second is at the crease. It's perfect for one-day matches and uses the Duckworth–Lewis method, which comes in handy when games are interrupted for any reason.

How DLcalc Works

This app is super straightforward. But just a heads up—you'll need to know some basic cricket rules to use it correctly and get accurate results. Don't worry, it's not complicated!

You don’t even have to install anything! Just launch the executable file, and you're good to go. The design is minimalist, focusing on only the essential features without any unnecessary clutter.

Inputting Game Data

The program calculates scores based on specific details gathered during the match. You’ll need to provide info like:

• The overs left at the start of each team's innings


• The overs already bowled before an interruption


• The number of wickets lost


• The overs for rescheduled innings

Once you enter all this data, DLcalc should give you a revised target score.

Potential Issues

However, keep in mind that it might not always work perfectly. During our tests, we ran into some stability issues and saw error messages pop up now and then.

Your system needs to have .NET Framework installed for everything to run smoothly. If you provide all the right details about your game, DLcalc can easily compute that all-important target score for the second batting team.
