Donut is a handy little tool for Mac users who want to keep tabs on digital currencies. As you probably know, digital currencies are super popular for online transactions, and new ones pop up all the time. With Donut, you can easily track their value in real-time.

How Donut Works

When you launch Donut, it puts a small menulet right in your status bar. This means you can check out the list of currencies with just a quick mouse click! For each currency, you'll see the name, icon, abbreviation, and even the monetary volume.

Real-Time Updates

One of the cool features of Donut is that it shows you how much a currency unit is worth in various other currencies. Plus, it tells you if its value has gone up or down and by what percentage! It updates everything in real-time.

Select Your Reference Currency

You can choose your reference currency right from the bottom area of the app's main panel. Once you've selected it, Donut will instantly do the conversion for you!

User-Friendly Search Tool

If you're looking to find specific currencies quickly, Donut has got your back! At the top of its main panel is a search tool that lets you filter through the currency list easily. You can sort them by either name or abbreviation.

Instant Filtering Results

The moment you start typing in the search box, Donut applies filters right away and shows you results immediately! This means there's no need to type out the full currency name; just a few letters will do!

Your Currency Tracker

To sum it all up, Donut lets you keep an eye on over 700 different digital currencies without breaking your workflow. It's fast and efficient!

A Few Limitations

While Donut does update values in real-time and allows filtering by name or abbreviation, keep in mind that you can't copy this info directly to use in other apps.
