DSLstats

DSLstats is a handy little tool for keeping tabs on your DSL connections. If you've got a Broadcom-based router or modem, this software is perfect for you! It lets you see cool graphs for things like the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) margin, connection speed, bit-loading stats, and other Telnet data details.

Compatibility with Routers

This tool works with a bunch of different routers like D-Link, Dynalink, Huawei, NetGear, Zyxel, and any other Broadcom-based modem or router that has a functional Telnet interface. It even supports some Thomson/Technicolor routers through their custom CLI – just keep in mind that not all features will work there.

User-Friendly Design

One of the best things about DSLstats is its multi-tabbed layout. This makes it super easy to monitor multiple graphs and stats at once. You can keep an eye on the SNR margin, SNRM per band, connection speed, tones, QLN, HLog stats, Telnet data, and your event log.

Custom Configuration Options

The app also has a ton of configuration settings. You can save each graph by taking a snapshot of what you see and exporting it to any folder on your disk. Plus, you have control over starting, stopping or pausing the monitoring process whenever you want!

Easy Router Setup

If you need to set up a new router model, it's simple! Just pick your modem/router type from the drop-down list and fill in details like IP address and Telnet authentication info (login name and password). And if you ever need to reset everything? Just click one button!

Advanced Login Mode

You can even use a special login mode that requires more steps to reach the BusyBox shell. All you have to do is specify the IP address and Telnet port while adding a delay before your login commands.

Graph Customization

Want to change how your graphs look? No problem! You can customize colors for backgrounds or data streams (upstream/downstream), tweak SNR per tone settings, and choose what items you want to monitor like CRC errors or bit-loading.

Email Alerts & Notifications

You can set up email alerts for certain events too! For instance, if your SNRM drops below a specific value or CRC goes above a certain level. How cool is that?

Traffic Monitoring Features

Last but not least! DSLstats lets you monitor traffic parameters too. You can select commands and interfaces while keeping track of monthly traffic limits. There’s even an option to enable a web server or upload data directly to your MyDSLWebStats account!
