Easy Web Cam

Easy Web Cam provides you with an easy to use webcam software solution especially designed for live streaming, video capturing and image sharing.

The main interface is simple and intuitive, comprising the preview section and the configuration pane, where you can set the video properties, set the webcam name, change the live streaming background color and configure uploading options.

The 'Live Video Feed' feature enables you to view webcam streams using a web browser and share images with your friends with the help of the built-in web server. Webcam images can be captured and archived for online viewing or uploaded to a FTP server, while the online gallery page displays the history of all image uploads. Optionally, you can sign in for free web space to store webcam images.

In addition to this, Easy Web Cam comes with motion detection capabilities and supports up to five capture devices, which makes it a great security device. It can automatically start recording, send e-mail alerts and even play a WAV sound file when motion is detected.

Video recording, adjustable video quality, live video feed, image compression, a built-in DynDns client and SmileCam support are other advantages that this application comes with. You can change the number of saved images and adjust the brightness and contrast levels of the captured image. A collection of graphic effects is also available, enabling you to edit your uploaded image. Blur, emboss, mosaic, colorize, negative, to name some.

For those who don't have a webcam or other type of video input, the 'Desktop Capture' feature can take a desktop snapshot and processes it as if it was captured from a webcam.
