The app can even scan for public hubs automatically, or if you prefer, you can type in a hub’s address manually using the “Quick connect” feature.

One cool thing about EiskaltDC++ is its “Widgets side dock.” This gives you quick access to important stuff like the Hubs list, Private Messages panel, Download Queue, and a list of finished downloads or uploads. You’ll also find your favorite hubs and users here!

The main window of EiskaltDC++ has a top toolbar loaded with buttons for things you use often—like reconnecting to a hub, quick connecting, checking public hubs, and setting speed limits. The center area shows details about your transfers and messages.

Search Made Easy

You’ll appreciate the small search bar located at the upper right corner of the main window. It lets you find specific hubs really quickly by searching across all categories at once!
