ezCheckDraft is a handy Mac app that helps businesses accept payments faster. You can gather payment info by phone, fax, or even online forms. The cool part? You get to print check drafts right from your own office and deposit them at the bank for clearance.

Easy to Use Interface

Navigating through the ezCheckDraft user interface is pretty straightforward! It’s designed well enough for you to find your way around easily. Just keep in mind it doesn’t totally match up with your Mac's look since it doesn’t stick to the OS X Human Interface Guidelines.

Main Window Overview

The main window of ezCheckDraft has two sections. At the bottom, you’ll see your check draft database, and at the top, there’s a preview of the entry you’ve selected. There’s also a toolbar in between that has buttons for all those basic actions you need: new, delete, edit, duplicate, select all, clear, refresh, and print.

Editing Made Simple

The check draft editor is packed with fields that make it easy to enter necessary details like payer and payee names and addresses, bank account info, payment amounts, and more! You won’t have trouble filling out what you need.

Customize Your Layout

You can quickly switch up how your check drafts look using the “Layout Setup” window—just drag and drop! Plus, in the Check Setup panel, you can save default payee details for all your new checks. If you run multiple accounts, this feature will really speed things up!
