EZComm

EZComm is a smart and lightweight app that lets you exchange messages between clients and servers over TCP or UDP connections. Comes in handy for testing purposes or simple text conversation that require no other effects excepting input and output

The interface is built around two separate parts, local and remote. If the local address is not detected, the app will try every interface.  Also, if no local port is detected, a valid one is automatically filled in. Regarding listening, there is no need for any remote address or port.

EZ Comm can also let you set up some anti-flood options that come in handy if there are users that like to spam messages. Tweak the “Threshold” and the “Duration” time to automatically disconnect any peer that break the threshold. When the Anti-flood is enabled, the flooding user will be disconnected and you can send his address to the blacklist. A blacklisted user cannot push through with messages and as long as the blacklist is on, you won’t be able to receive input from that user.

EZ Comm is a neat app that lets you communicate with your friends in a simple and straightforward way, over TCP/UDP connections. Getting the addresses and the ports right is all you have to do, and furthermore, you can block annoying users or spammers for as much time as you need.
