FastMath is a great tool if you want to create a fun, self-teaching math environment for your kids or just brush up on your basic math skills. This simple app lets you take timed tests covering addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Simple Interface Focused on Functionality

The cool thing about FastMath is its straightforward interface. It doesn’t try to be fancy; instead, it focuses on what really matters: helping you practice math. Before jumping in, you'll need to choose the types of operations you want to tackle, set the highest number for your problems, and pick how long you want the test to last (in minutes).

Add Some Challenge!

If you're feeling adventurous, you can mix different types of operations in one test and bump up that maximum number! Plus, at the end of each test, FastMath can show you a neat statistical graph that tracks your progress over time. You'll see how fast you're getting with each completed test.

Stay on Track with Timers

You can even keep an eye on how much time is left during the test. FastMath will automatically shut down once the time’s up, but having that timer helps keep things exciting! It also tells you your rate of calculations so you know exactly how you're doing.

Error Alerts Keep You Focused

If you're stuck on a question and get it wrong, no worries! The tool will send you a message to help refocus. You won't move on until you've got the right answer. At the end of each session (when time runs out), you'll see a breakdown of correct versus incorrect answers.

A User-Friendly Experience

While FastMath might not have tons of features, it’s super easy to use for practicing math calculation speed. We found it stable during our tests too! Since this software is still relatively new, there’s definitely room for growth and new features in future updates.
