FileSearch is a powerful tool designed to help you easily locate files on your computer by providing you with multiple search filters. It can be used by novices and experienced individuals alike.

The interface of the program is based on a standard window in which you can select the extension, size, time intervals and search type (all the words, regular expression) of the files that you want to find.

You can enable the tool to search for directories and to include hidden and system items, reverse the search criteria, export results to a CSV file, and others.

Once results are displayed, you can check out the name, destination, type, size, date of modification and creation, owner name and attributes of each file. Plus, you can view file properties and open source directories.

The simple-to-use program can take a while to complete a task while consuming a moderate amount of system resources. But FileSearch is thorough and didn't freeze or crash during our tests. The tool supports a few keyboard shortcuts. Since we haven't encountered any major difficulties, we highly recommend FileSearch to all users who want a more powerful alternative than the default search function found in Windows.
