It’s actually pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Create Your Focus Profiles

The first step is making a new focus profile via the Profiles tab. This lets you set up custom blocks for websites and apps based on what you're working on. When creating profiles, you can decide how strict each mode should be—from no protection at all to needing a specific text to pause or stop it.

Fort Knox Protection Mode

If you're really serious about staying focused, turn on the Fort Knox protection mode! This will prevent any chance of disabling focus mode while it's active.

Using Sequences and Schedules

The profiles you've made can be used later in the Sequences module for designing detailed focus plans. Plus, you can set these up into custom schedules using the Schedule module. And guess what? You can also plan flexible breaks or postpone protection settings through the Breaks tab!

Simpler Blocking Options

If you're not into complicated setups, FindFocus makes it easy to create simple website and app blocking lists too. Just pick which sites and apps you'd like off-limits when blacklist mode is on.

A Few Things to Note

During testing, we found that FindFocus worked well overall; however, there was one tiny bug: sometimes the last entries in your profiles list can’t be edited or removed because the bottom toolbar disappears. The good news? You can click any profile above the last one to bring that toolbar back!
