FlexTerm

If you want to provide safe and reliable access to essential host data, FlexTerm lets you access host applications by connecting to the IBM Z mainframe using terminal emulation (TN3270E).

Written in C# language for .NET compatibility, and using the latest TLS/SSH protocols, FlexTerm provides a secure connection to any equipment, software, and procedure essential to any business operation. Targeting especially the corporate environment, FlexTerm meets the necessary security requirements and compliance policies.

FlexTerm can also support workspaces with more than one session.  Multiple sessions are displayed as tabs and can be moved and arranged with drag-and-drop function. The main advantage of multiple sessions is connecting to several host systems from a single workspace.

The transfer between the local PC and host system is backed-up by secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and IBM's IND$FILE transfer utility.

The interface integrates a feature called ''Quick access toolbar;'' a program organizer that lets you pin all activity tabs on the top of the window, acting like bookmark bar. This makes for increased visibility, quick access, and better program understanding.

Also, the ribbon bar acts in the same way, providing quick access to several main functions and tabs. The bar can be hidden, and un-hidden from the up-pointing arrow placed near the help button.

If you need to modify the connection settings, disconnect the already running session and choose ''Setup'' and re-do the targeted fields.
