No Installation Needed

The cool part? You don’t need to go through a setup process! Just drop the program files anywhere on your hard drive and click the executable file to launch FreeDebks. If you're always on the go, you can even save it on a pen drive or any removable storage. This way, you can use it on any PC without needing to install anything beforehand.

This software also keeps things tidy by not messing with your Windows registry settings like many other programs do. That means there's less risk of having issues with your operating system's stability!

User-Friendly Interface

The interface is classic and really easy to navigate. When you want to start a new project, you can easily set up all your bookkeeping details like the accounting label, currency, initial and final dates, plus your company name and logo. Don’t forget to add the accountant's name too!

Organized Features

Once you've set everything up, FreeDebks automatically creates three tabs for you: one for the chart of accounts, another for the journal, and a results tab. You can add new entries with unique IDs, labels, balances, and decide if they show up on your balance sheet or not. Plus, if needed, you can remove or copy lines easily.

You can also edit your company journal by changing things like date, object label, debit amounts, credit accounts—you name it! And if you're crunching numbers like profit or cash flow? No problem!

Your projects can be saved so you can pick up right where you left off later! During our testing phase, we found that FreeDebks didn’t slow down our computers at all; it requires low CPU and RAM while still responding quickly without freezing or crashing.
