Description
FreeHearingTest
FreeHearingTest is a handy tool that lets you check how well you can hear different audio frequencies. It's not a professional hearing test, but it’s a fun way to see if you’re sensitive to certain sounds.
Why Use FreeHearingTest?
If you think you might have hearing loss, it's best to see a trained expert. But if you're just curious, FreeHearingTest can help you figure out if there are specific sounds you're missing.
Understanding Sound Frequencies
The average person should be able to hear sounds between 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz. With FreeHearingTest, you can put this theory to the test and see how your hearing stacks up!
Testing Made Easy
This software offers four different testing patterns: slow, normal, fast, and shuffle. Just pick one! You also get to choose whether you want the sound in both ears or just one side. Plus, you can adjust both the starting and ending frequencies according to your preference.
Your Results Matter
When you're taking the audio test, every time you click the “I Hear It” button, FreeHearingTest logs your response and adds it to your results list as well as an audiogram graph. This graph shows your hearing range and helps identify if there are any areas where you're not as sensitive.
Edit and Save Your Data
The results list is fully editable! You can keep only the entries that matter most to you. This means you have total control over what data stays on your record.
Personalize Your Experience
The bottom line? FreeHearingTest lets you run automated hearing tests while letting you personalize them completely! You can even isolate sounds for either your right or left ear if that’s what you'd like.
Exporting Your Test Results
You can export all of your test data as a CSV file for easy access later. Plus, if you'd like to save the chart image of your audiogram, it’s available in PNG format. Keeping track of past results means you'll be able to compare them over time!
