Description

GaiaSpectrum

GaiaSpectrum is a handy software tool that lets you import your source data without changing anything in the original file. Once you've got your data in, you can save the analysis results as reference files. This makes it super easy to compare with other data files later on!

Multiple Traces and Continuous Playback

This software fully supports viewing multiple traces at once, and guess what? You can play them back continuously! You have total control to pause, play forward, or even rewind your imported file. And don’t worry about file size or type; GaiaSpectrum handles it all!

Diverse Data Views

With GaiaSpectrum, you can check out your imported data in five different views! These include the time domain (like an oscilloscope), frequency domain (the spectrum), waterfall view from either the time or frequency domains, and phase information against frequency content. Since the waterfall view shares data between time and frequency domains, you'll see four views at a time.

Simplified File Importing

Importing files into GaiaSpectrum is super simple—just like opening any other Microsoft Windows application! Usually, the equipment manufacturer provides fixed values for key file parameters. No worries here; GaiaSpectrum recognizes all necessary parameters for supported file formats and sets everything up for you. Once that's done, you'll see a spectrum view showcasing your imported file.

Powerful Analysis Tools

This software packs more than a dozen automatic and semi-automatic analysis tools right out of the box! You can easily measure things like total harmonic distortion and signal-to-noise ratio. Plus, starting with version 2.0, DSP techniques are available too! These include spectrum whitening, FFT filters, and input data gain adjustments.

Save Your Views Easily

You can save any active data view as a BMP or JPG file for reports or documentation purposes. Adding labels with different fonts and colors is also a breeze! Except for the waterfall view, all other views allow you to save reference data files so you can share them with colleagues. This way, both of you will be looking at the same results—making comparisons straightforward!

If you're interested in downloading GaiaSpectrum, it's also part of some cool collections like Geography Managers.
