Add Unlimited Tasks

You can add as many tasks as you need! For each task, you can fill out details like start date, deadline, priority level, resources needed, and who's coordinating it. Plus, if you want to highlight important assignments, there’s a color-coding system to help with that.

Manage Your Resources

Speaking of resources, this program lets you input key info about the people involved in the tasks. You can add names, phone numbers, email addresses, their roles in the project, and even their days off! If something goes wrong or there's an error log to check for crashes or issues.

Search Made Simple

No more scrolling endlessly! GanttProject includes a small search tool that helps you find assignments or resources quickly by entering keywords. Need to visualize project flow? You can also create PERT charts (that’s Project Evaluation and Review Technique) which illustrate what needs to be done for project completion.

Exporting and Importing Data

You’ll love how easy it is to export all your data and charts! You can save them in formats like GAN, XML, PNG, JPG, HTML, or PDF. And if you've got data from other sources? No problem—you can import from GAN, XML, TXT and CSV files too!
