It is designed to work with only the 21.04 version of GlobalEdge, providing new functionality for XOi Integration. This integration includes Deeplink Integration to the XOi Mobile App, allowing technicians to keep an XOi job open across multiple days. Additionally, more than one XOi job can be created and linked to a single GE Service Order.
