There is only one option available: that of cleaning the temporary folder.

Well, GiMeSpace RAM Temp Folder makes it possible for the data inside the temporary folder to be stored in the RAM memory instead of the local disk. In other words, temporary files can be accessed faster and there are less interactions with the storage disk, which surely results in preserving the health of the storage disk.

It is worth mentioning that GiMeSpace RAM Temp Folder is designed to use no more than 128MB of memory, which is enough for the daily system usage.
