GMail Print Multiple Emails or Single Gmail E-mails is able to print multiple messages from your Google email account.

The program offers a pretty clean graphical user interface where the most important buttons are laid out as steps and the primary tutorial guide is a big red 'READ ME!!' button. Except that, all the other options deal mostly with remotely controlling your Gmail email account.

In order to connect to their Google email accounts, users have to enter their credentials inside the app, get the mail subject headers, and then select which of them the program should download and print. It's all basically a three-step activity.

In case users want to select emails from Drafts, Spam, Inbox, or other folders, they can simply activate them in the GUI. The utility lists all the emails placed in that subfolder.

However, to do this, you'll need to enable IMAP in your email account. This is a feature that allows installed email clients to remotely access your Google mail service.

Some Gmail connection errors may persist, and users might need to click 'Download E-Mail Subject Headers' twice. Apparently it doesn't always connect properly with the account. The application also lets users have their email messages printed based on a certain subject. Users have to type a keyword and all mails containing it are show in the main window.

GMail Print Multiple Emails or Single Gmail E-mails is a remarkably effective application built to synchronize with your Gmail account and read, select, download, and print your emails without even logging into a single browser.

The program also has enough filters to help you select which mail folders should it download or not. However, despite its simplicity this tool still needs a previous setup to install in your computer, so it might get some registries changed inside the host system if you try to use it on another computer than yours.
