For racing drivers who enjoy drifting it is not reaching the finish line quickly that is important, but how you get there. Gods of Drifting is a game that relies on more than just outright speed, as you have to get around corners in style, leaving smoke and tire marks in your wake.

When you start your first race, you may be left with the impression that the cars are a bit difficult to control, as they never seem to want to drive in a straight line. However, this is only meant to make the cars easier to drift with, so it is understandable that they are a little tail-happy.

Once you get the hang of it, though, it is very fun to try and stay sideways as you go through each corner and manage not to lose control of the car. There is a respectable selection of vehicles that you can drive, as well as quite a few tracks, although they all look very similar.

Drifting is all about style, so it is puzzling that no points are awarded for show factor. The only thing that matters is getting to the finish line as quickly as possible, so there is very little incentive to actually drift.

Nevertheless, you can just ignore the timer and have fun, but you will receive fewer coins at the end of the race, which are required for unlocking new cars and buying upgrades.

Gods of Drifting certainly does not disappoint when it comes to its graphics, as the models, textures and special effects are not lacking in quality and are quite pleasing to the eye.

Sadly, the game does seem to have some stability issues, as it often crashes when loading a newly unlocked track.

To conclude, Gods of Drifting is a fun racing game that focuses on drifting and offers a variety of customizable cars and tracks to keep you entertained. However, it needs a better scoring system and a patch to fix its frequent crashes.
