GridWars is a super fun game that brings the excitement of Geometry Wars right to your Mac! Just like its Xbox counterpart, your main goal is to take out as many enemies as you can, rack up points, and stay alive as long as possible. Sounds easy, right?

Getting Started with GridWars

To kick things off, all you need to do is open the gridwars.app file from the software package. When you launch it, the game automatically goes full screen. If that’s not your style, no worries! You can quickly switch it back to window mode through the Video Settings panel.

Customize Your Gameplay

In the same settings area, you can change how everything looks on your screen. Want to tweak the playfield size? You got it! You can also toggle scrolling and adjust graphics quality—choose from Solid, Medium, Low, or High depending on how powerful your Mac is.

Sound Settings

No game experience is complete without sound! In GridWars, you can adjust both background music and sound effects volume. So crank it up or tone it down based on what you prefer!

Control Options

You’ll love how flexible the controls are in GridWars. Use your keyboard, mouse, or even a joystick to steer your ship and blast those pesky enemies. Plus, if you're into customizing controls, you can set different keys for moving around or firing in different directions—whatever feels best for you!

Sensitivity Levels & More

GridWars lets you adjust sensitivity levels too! And don’t forget: while you're dodging bullets and taking down foes, hit F3 to cycle through various grid types for even more fun.
