You will need to create an account with a username, password, a security question and answer. You have the option to create a database with various passwords, including for your mail account, folders, device, computer or website account, server, license, phone, credit card, lock, safe and more.

You have the option to generate passwords inside the application, simply choose the length and the type of characters to use. You can copy the generated passwords and add them to your records.

It comes with the option to backup passwords inside your computer, you simply need to pick a location and set a password for your backup files. The backup file will be encrypted and it can only be opened with Guardian.

You can check out the user log and see how many times you've logged in the past few days of months. Guardian is a very nice application that you can use in order to securely store and manage passwords for various online and offline accounts.
