You're in luck, thanks to Halloween Dusk Screensaver. It's a free Windows application that gets set up easily, comfortably setting itself as your new screensaver.

After a quick loading screen, the tool shows a spooky house in front of a cemetery on a dark, rainy night, two ghosts floating around in the cemetery yard, together with occasional lightning. This entire scene is nicely wrapped up by a howling wolf that can be heard in the background.

As far as configuration settings are concerned, you can set the picture position to fill, fit or stretch, disable hardware 3D rendering if there are compatibility issues with your computer, pick a custom display mode for the video adapter, as well as adjust the volume level or mute it. The screensaver can be easily uninstalled when you're done with it.
