HalpTV is a reliable tool that allows you to watch online TV and listen to radio stations from all over the world, while also providing a few other extra features.

As you probably know by now, the main problem related to online television is the stream availability and it's no secret that many programs are now offering dead links.

HalpTV relies on a collection of more than 3000 online radio and TV stations, some of which are no longer available.

With a clean and user friendly interface, HalpTV offers much more than simple online television and radio stations. You can watch video on demand and live webcams from all over the world but the aforementioned problem is again the main issue. Most of the webcams run just fine, with a few exceptions.

Probably the only thing that let us down is the fact that HalpTV provides absolutely no feature to allow for the saving of the stations you enjoy the most. In other words, there is no way to bookmark a favorite station, so every time you wish to play it, you have no other option than to search for it in the entire list.

The application comprises skin support, which means the interface can be customized depending on user options, with multiple built-in themes at your disposal.

That being said, HalpTV is quite a handy tool for watching online television and thanks to the pleasant interface it provides, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced users.
