HansaWorld FirstOffice Professional is a handy tool for managing accounts and office tasks on your Windows computer. It combines features like Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledgers with Stock Control. Plus, it has a Calendar and Task Manager that helps with contact management and even includes a Sales Support module for keeping track of Sales Orders.



Extra Features with Value Packs


You can really customize FirstOffice by adding extra features using Value Packs. One cool option is the CRM and Mail Value Pack. This allows you to send mailshots easily and has full internal mail and conferencing tools. With these features, your team can stay connected no matter where they are or what time it is!



Managing Quotations and Orders


Other Value Packs let you create and manage Quotations and Purchase Orders, handle stock across different Locations, batch-create Invoices from Sales Orders, and even support multiple currencies and languages. These Value Packs work perfectly together with the main program to ensure everything runs smoothly.



The Quotations Value Pack


If you have both the CRM & Mail Pack and the Quotations Pack, you can set up reminders for follow-ups on Quotations by recording a Make Contact date. This means that every user can tweak these packs to fit their needs!
