HansaWorld FirstOffice Professional


HansaWorld FirstOffice Professional is a handy tool for managing your accounts and office tasks on Windows. It's got everything you need, like Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledgers, Stock Control, a Calendar, and a Task Manager. You can even use it for contact management and keep track of Sales Orders with the Sales Support module.



Extra Features with Value Packs


You can spice up the basic FirstOffice program by adding Value Packs. For example, if you get the CRM and Mail Value Pack, it lets you send out mailshots and also includes awesome features for internal mail and conferencing. This means your team can stay connected from anywhere at any time! There are other Value Packs too that let you create Quotations and Purchase Orders, manage stock across different locations, handle invoices in batches from Sales Orders, and even support multiple currencies and languages. The cool thing? All these Value Packs work together smoothly with the main program.



How It All Works Together


If you have both the CRM & Mail Pack and the Quotations Pack, you can easily set a Make Contact date for each Quotation. Plus, you can create an Activity to remind yourself to follow up on that date. These Value Packs really give users lots of flexibility so everyone can customize them to fit their needs.
